Amber Alert

We at The Douglas Hotel never take cancellation of a cocktail lightly. We are delighted to inform customers that one or more of our cocktails are not disrupted. This includes no significant delays to our Perisher cocktail or cancelations to our Anvil cocktail.

In the unlikely event that the ferry is not available, why not try our Amber Alert cocktail;

Orange Gin, Contreau, Orange Juice, Passionfruit Syrup, Lime and marmalade are blended then poured over crushed ice into a whisky tumbler and garnished with an orange slice.

Please be aware that feedback told us that excessive consumption of Amber Alerts covered too broad a range of situations and causes confusion.
